Narcisa Mikov, CEO
Over the years, Narcisa has successfully pursued careers as a business woman and a pedagogue in the arts. Years ago, she founded the School of Music and Art in Los Angeles, CA, a school of over 300 students, 15 teachers and staff, and instruction provided in a broad range of musical instruments, as well as painting, drawing, and foreign language.
After she moved to Ohio about 10 years ago, she sold her school and started to invest in Real Estate renovating homes. Herself also a piano instructor, she has been teaching piano to students from the Miami Valley School in Dayton, Ohio.
In 2018 she established RipplAffect – an all volunteer non-profit humanitarian organization saving lives through access to clean safe water worldwide. She established this non-profit out of thankfulness to God for miraculously healing her from cancer through prayer.
From its inception, RipplAffect has coordinated successful worldwide distribution of over 5,300 water filtration systems to an estimated 51,000+ children and people marginalized by poverty and weather-related disasters in many countries. Point-of-service, portable water filters are a simple yet transformative solution to assist families trapped in the vicious cycle of water-borne illness and malnutrition.
Since moving to Ohio, Narcisa has been focusing on working as a Real Estate Investor and a Home Buyer, as well as overseeing a growing portfolio of rental properties, which is their family business.
Narcisa enjoys traveling, interior design, garden design, spending time with her daughter Nikki & caring for their dog.
Nikki Mikov, Acquisition/Marketing Manager
Nikki is the daughter of Narcisa, and her focus is marketing and real estate.
She has worked alongside Narcisa and other property managers to assist with buying & flipping homes, as well as focusing on managing rental houses and apartment complexes.
She was instrumental in the early stages of founding Ripplaffect and marketed the (humanitarian) nonprofit organization in her local community.
Nikki is very passionate about real estate, interior design, and fashion. She loves meeting new people and enjoying the finer things in life.

RipplAffect has coordinated the worldwide distribution of water filtration systems to thousands of people marginalized by conflict, famine, poverty and natural disasters in Kenya, Uganda, Haiti, Peru, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, Bahamas, Yemen and the Philippines. Portable gravity water filters are a simple yet transformative solution to assist families trapped in the vicious cycle of water-borne illness and malnutrition.

RipplAffect has received an exponential increase in funding for a transformative initiative in the Samburu region of Kenya.
Sawyer Foundation has decided to match RipplAffect’s successful fundraising campaign of $50,000 with a grant in the same amount, for total in excess of $100,000! These funds went toward the spring 2021 distribution of 2000 filters in the Samburu region of Kenya, which are providing safe drinking water for 12,250 people, of that 7,327 kids. This will eventually amount to over 2 billion gallons of safe clean water over ten years.
